How we run projects

We run projects with a practical, agile methodology: work split into sprints of two to three weeks, a formal opportunity at each boundary to look back and correct course, and fine-grained progress reporting against the critical path. Our collaborative tools are open to our clients, so progress is visible rather than merely reported. PMC engagements on the Jazan and Fadhili programmes ran on exactly this basis, inside the client's own offices.
