Our core business covers the whole project lifecycle: feasibility studies and CAPEX justification, Pre-FEED and FEED, detailed engineering design, EPC and commissioning, and the operations support that follows. We work either as an independent contractor or integrated within the client's own team, whichever the project calls for.

How we engage
Most of our work arrives in one of three shapes: a defined engineering scope we deliver from our own offices, a senior engineer or team embedded with the client or an EPC contractor, or an independent review of somebody else's package. Emphasis is always on simplicity and transparency, so that the whole project team shares one view of the schedule and adheres to its critical path.
